A friend and I are planning on staying with a family for a few weeks hopefully during our winter. When is the best time to visit this area? And are there any tips for non-touristy things to do?

Ive decided to open up a retirement fund for myself now that i will be leaving home soon. But I just wanted to know that if a person dies before the age of retirement withdrawal, what happens to the money? Do you write like some type of will of who to give the money to or the bank keeps it?
